PC turning on by itself after shutdown from Teamviewer

Hi everyone,

I wanted to know if anyone had a similar issue. I have tried googling but cannot find an answer.

I have a PC that I use as a media server and use Teamviewer to shut it down when its not being used. However I have noticed that within 30 mins of it shutting down, it will turn on by itself. This seems to happen only when I use Teamviewer to shut it down. If I use the power button or shut it down without using teamviewer, it stays off.

I have tried:

Turning off fast startup
Checking registry (however not sure what to do here)

Has anyone had similar issues?

However it is not remote wake up. If i operate the computer normally and shut it down, it wont wake up by itself.

It ONLY happens when I use teamviewer to shut down. After about a minute, it will boot up again by itself.

@nadejun Remote wake up is used for remote IT management, like updates and corporate software installs of many computers where it would be mad to run around in large buildings and do it one by one. Some used it for a server at home or in the HQ where a power out is very destructive, if it doesn't turn on again. It doesn't make much sense for home users.
