Screen Blackout on Remote Device
We are planning to use TeamViewer with Androids managed using Microsoft InTune, so that we can drop in and do maintenance every once and a while. The problem is, in order to carry out the maintenance, we will need to remotely connect to the tablets in Kiosk mode and then exit Kiosk to access settings. When we access Kiosk a PIN prompt is displayed and from what I can see there is no way to enter the PIN without it being seen on the remote user's screen. Is there a way to switch off the remote user's screen in order to protect PIN entry?
