Auto connect if system is locked by user (Windows)

Is it possible to allow TV to connect via password (SSO) and only require connection after approval if the user is currently logged into their machine (not locked)? We have our policies configured to require approval from the remote user on connection with password, but often we may need to connect to a system where the user has locked their session.
