Allow end-users to add users in CC when creating a ticket
Are there plans on adding a feature to allow end-users to add other users in CC when creating a ticket themselves? So front-end ticket creation, I guess you would call it.
I know there is the possibility for us as Agents to do this in the back-end, we already made use of this. https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/44703-put-others-as-cc-to-ticket
But our end-users have been complaining they can't do this themselves and revert back to just sending e-mails, kinda rendering the use of this ticket system obsolete..
