Can't log in - Cannot establish a connection

I set up a free account when I was in Canada and I am trying to access my personal computer from my laptop in Mexico. Everything worked perfectly when i was testing at home, but now it keeps coming up with "Cannot establish a connection", approximately 1/10 times it will connect for a second, but wont let me do anything then it will kick me out. After trying to log in numerous times it will say I have to wait some time before logging in.... I am not able to reset the host computer or do anything on the host computer.

Can someone please help? Thank you in advance.
