Use channel control

We can check how many channels are in used at Help->About TeamViewer->Channel use. It will display active user’s ID and connection time. But

1.     We can not identify who is that user.

2.     There is no way for admin to have rights to force releasing that channel for other users.

3.     Is there a channel control management portal?

👆 This is expected behavior at the moment.

3.     Is there a channel control management portal?

👆 Yes, you can manage channels on your company profile by creating channel groups. For more details, kindly check our knowledge article - Channel Groups.
