Hello,

I have a problem with the installation of TeamViewer 15 with the MSI version.

I have this error message: "error 25001 an incompatible teamviewer package was detected conflicts with the current MSI Package: Incompatible MSI version"

I have uninstalled the program properly and made the manipulation in powershell to remove all that, there is nothing more in the registers either. But I still get the same error even after restarting.

Would you have a solution ?

Hello.

Have the same issue.

I installed a TV 15 Full version "TeamViewer_Full.msi" and uninstall it later. (Delete all settings option)

I installed a TV 15 Host version "TeamViewer_Host_Setup.exe" and uninstall it later (Delete all settings option)

Then a TeamViewer_host.msi installation end's with that error 25001 and stop a successful installation. 😕

Any ideas? Which key in the registry or file on disk this installation looks for?
