Difficulty connecting on a new laptop.

I have two computers at my office that I need to access remotely. I recently installed TeamViewer on a new laptop. This computer will ONLY be used for remote access. It does not need to be accessed remotely.

When I try to sign in to Team Viewer I am told I cannot add another computer without upgrading my account. I do not think this is right. What should I do?

1. Do you own a license? (If yes, which one?)
2. Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message that you are receiving?
