I have tried for several weeks not to cancel my subscription. The site says you need to submit a ticket, I have tried several methods to submit a ticket but every time it just redirects me to the community forum, no matter what I do. I have tried calling a couple times but after being on hold for over an hour each time I have gotten nothing.
This company has gotten to be the most expensive and worst support.
Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to do this?
