I have a laptop with teamviewer installed, I have connected before. The laptop has a broken screen and does not output any video to an external screen either. It does however appear in Teamviewer and will accept a connection. My issue is I do not know the password. I either haven't changed it or not to what I thought I had changed it too. Is there anyway to change the password without local access, I have local access I just can't see what I am doing. I want to retirive data from the laptop before deciding to repair or bin it
