Trying to sign into TeamViewer app (something I've done everyday since starting at my company), and it is saying that my email or password do not match any accounts on file. When I try to standard sign in and enter my password, it sends me straight to the Duo authentication window and will not allow me to enter my password. Attempted to reset my password on the website and still the same thing happens. Just trying to get signed in as my job requires shadowing into hospital users' computers quite often.
