Windows 10 Pro - Destination timezone becomes local PC timezone

When I connect to a remote Windows 10 desktop in a different timezone, the PC desktop shows the time of the remote controlling PC rather than the timezone of the PC being controlled. Is there a way to turn off this behavior?
