I am using the free TeamViewer and am unable to connect with my Dad's PC. Error Message says:

Wait for Connect Failed

No connection to partner!

Partner did not connect to Router

This is the first day this has happened. We are both able to connect to the Internet. I have the latest version of TeamViewer downloaded on my laptop. My Dad is 90 years old and needs my help. I am very frustrated. Please help!!

Can you please restart the TeamViewer service on your side? Ideally, a restart would be also helpful on the remote side (your dad's PC).
