I've been on hold for nearly a half hour, anytime I click a button or link to submit a ticket, it takes me back to the community page. I'm borderline infuriated at this point - can somebody please point me in the right direction? Thank you
And now they've hung up on me after 30 mins... wonderful. What an awful, untrustworthy company! I will probably be reporting to BBB...
Same problem here. It doens´t allow me to open a ticket. E-mails keeps telling me to open a ticket. But it is impossible.

That being said, you both mentioned being unable to submit a ticket, and were instead returned to the Community. This occurs when you attempt to access the ticket system without a licensed account:
Please ensure you are attempting to access the ticket system using the same account you activated the license to.

@JoshP - So if I am understanding you correctly, I must not have a valid TeamViewer license? I received an email referencing a Customer Number AccID and an invoice number.
The company I work for (and whom created my account) said this should have been cancelled several months, if not years ago. I have been asked by management to ensure we will not be charged. So again, who can I talk to, aside from this community?

Immediately after purchase an activation email was sent, including instructions on how to activate the license and start using TeamViewer:
In order to use TeamViewer with your license, it had to be activated to a TeamViewer account - that account would be the one needed in order to access the ticket system.
I have confirmed no issues with our phone lines during normal business hours, and that there is no mechanism set to disconnect a call after 30 minutes. When the call disconnected was there a message? If no message played an explanation, then the call may have simply dropped. In any case, I would attempt to call back, and can confirm our phone lines are currently operational with no issues on our side.

Same thing here. The account e-mail I use Teamviewer was clamed as the wrong one to cancel. When I try to loggin with the "right" e-mail, it doesn´t allow me to opena a ticket. So, time is running and I can´t cancel the service. Can´t anyone send me an e-mail to solve this problem. It is clear that we don´t want the service anymore.
