Hopefully, this will be an easy one. My boss has recently resigned. I received a call from 1 of my service desk guys stating he couldn't see all the groups we have in Teamviewer. I logged into the admin console. I can see the groups in the app & console, but when I attempt to edit it, my old boss was the owner. Is there a way I can take ownership? If not, is there a way I can add these cloud groups so someone else can see it?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
