Our administrator who has access to Team Viewer on our laptop and desktop doesn't remember the partner ID. I have tried online support and they can't help me. Is there something else I can do in order to get a new ID or reset the ID?

The "Partner ID" is simply the TeamViewer ID of the device you wish to connect to. The TeamViewer ID is displayed in the TeamViewer application on the remote device:
The TeamViewer ID of a device cannot be changed as it is unique to each device.
If this is not the issue experienced, could you please provide a bit more clarification?
