Ongoing Remote Access

I tried the quick access tool with a client (where I emailed the quick link). It was pretty easy to use, however when I tried to download the 64bit load to install it permanently, it kicked me off. Is there a way to send a client a (let's say) preconfigured image that they can just click from the email and it downloads a permanent install that will start with bootup etc.

The idea being that by sending a long term install it will be easier to use and not require an onsite visit.

We have an article with the step by step to install a Host via QuickSupport, but the truth is that you can use the same steps to install a full client on the partner side.

💡 On step 3, instead of installing the Host you can select to install the Full Client.

The connection will close for a little bit, please make sure you select Wait for partner to be able to reconnect.

Due to security reasons, we do not have an automatic link for the installation of TeamViewer.
