Hello, I'm attempting to use my iPad to connect remotely to my Mac. Has anyone had success?

Firstly, I'd recommend checking if you have installed:

Confirmed that both are installed. Screenshot from my Mac with an email of the screenshot from my iPad.

And now, when you try to connect, what does exactly happen?
Nothing happens it will not connect to the ID
Ok - so when you enter the iMac's ID and click Remote control, nothing happens?
Any error message? Any visual sign of something not working properly? Or just nothing?
I have entered the 8digit number into the iPad in the Partner ID.
Select Remote control and then it spins and black out for one second and then nothing.
Have you tried to restart the application on both devices?
I have done that twice.
Also, Im on the same wifi and Im unable to see the other device?
Something seems to be a miss?
Which iOS version do your iMac and iPad have?
Mac- 12.3
iPad- 15.4
They seem to be up-to-date...
Did you check if you have the latest version of TeamViewer on both devices?
Its funny you say that because Im not seeing the app in the MacStore.
Where would I find the most recent version for the Mac?
