is there a way to cancel the free version and remove my email addresses from your system?

Just trying to clean up my email addresses and stop extra emails. I have two accounts to clean up. Most articles indicate it is difficult or impossible to cancel these accounts. I had to create this account to get to ask a question. Was hoping to not have to create another account just to cancel it.
