I want to give unattended support to a windows 10 PC even if the user has logged out of windows.
The windows PC has the Teamviewer Full version installed with settings for remote unattended Access with checkmarks given for “Start Teamviewer with System” en “Easy access for …… is granted”.
I can now already successfully login to the remote windows PC as long as the user did not log-out of windows and shutdown the computer. (I have set to windows PC to not go into sleep mode when connected to a power source so that the Wi-Fi connection remains active).
What should I do extra to allow for remote login the user window account (which is presently only a local account with admin rights)
