Hi, I was trying to ask this question to a sales agent but I couldn't find any way to contact them... So here's my question...
I'm using teamviewer on my phone and quicksupport on my tablet. I use it 1-2x a month to control my tablet with my phone when I give platelets (blood) at the Red Cross. I'm required to sit for 3-3.5 hours and cannot move my arms at all. I use your apps so I can keep my phone in my hand and use it like a remote to either watch movies or read on my tablet. I used it yesterday for the first time for this and after 2 hours or so it said something about fair use. I think it was reminding me that it was for personal use only. It disconnected and I was unable to reconnect as I could not move my arms to the tablet, I was only able to use the phone which was resting in my hand. I'm wondering if you have a license I can buy so this won't happen again? I'm not interested in a monthly subscription. I only use it 1-2 days a month for 3-4 hours at a time. I just don't want to get stuck with no access to movies while I'm sitting there donating again. Thanks!
