I can't get to the enter my password screen. Can anyone help please.

There was an error rendering this rich post.

I was connected & then it froze, now I can't reconnect. It says "Ready to Connect (secure connection)" , then "Connecting to Partner", then "Connecting", but instead of going to enter password it goes straight back to "Ready to Connect (secure connection)".

Can anyone help please

Hi Ying,

Thanks for the reply. I ended up leaving it for 2 days whilst travelling and getting a colleague in the office to restart my remote pc. All is working now.
