I lost the password for the options. can anyone tell me how to recover & or change the options password?

    For the purpose of transparence for all the community users, this issue has been resolved by following the steps of removing settings and registry keys during Uninstall TeamViewer.

    Thank you for reaching out to us in TeamViewer Community.

    We would recommend to have a fresh installation of TeamViewer and remove all settings please if you would like to remove Options Password. Full information about uninstallation can be found on this knowledge article - Uninstall TeamViewer.

    uninstalled & reinstalled but same. wants the dialog password and I can't remember what it is.

    Thank you for getting the update about the issue on option password.

    May I double check with you whether you have removed all settings while running uninstallation of TeamViewer please?

    There is the detailed steps available for removing configurations, can you also try Registry keys removal please?

    Additionally, can you provide additional information about dialog password from your last reply?
