How do I make the remote screen fill the local screen

When I connect to office computer from remote computer, the screen is too small to read. How do I make it fill the screen?

When you are connected to the remote device, you can adjust the scaling and screen resolution as shown below:

You can switch to full screen as well to make it easier to read.
