I cannot get the TeamViewer Application to display the desktop on the remote computer.
I have closed and re-started the application on the client side and on my laptop - no change
I have rebooted my laptop - no change
I have uninstalled the TeamViewer Application and re-installed - no change
My colleague is able to connect and have a display of the remote computer to the same client with the same session - But I cannot not.
I have been able to make my connections using the TeamViewer Web Version.
Does anyone know the solution, or have a suggestion?
