Customized Host package Team Viewer 13

I have generated a customized Host package with my company logo. I have always used it successfully and when I applied it to a client it was also added to a certain group in the console. After months I tried to use it again on a client but now it doesn't work anymore. The host program installed on the client is no longer customized even if the pc is added to the console but not in the group I chose when customizing the module. I don't understand why? Help!!!
