My personal computer was wronly detected commercial use and I have submitted the form to reclaim my free version one month ago and did not receive the results. I am a university student and connected my personal server to run some codes.
Maybe the reason is that I give the wrong ID, the ID is [removed per Community Guidelines].
I am greateful if you support team can solve this.
