My Teamviewer doesn't work well

Hello community,

I have a problem with my TeamViewer (free version). While I controlled my friend's phone by Teamviewer, it was suddenly offline and disconnected. This problem has happened many times, always at the weekend (on Sunday), even my friend's phone has a good connection and is put near the router. Have you experienced this problem before? What is my solution now?

    Hello @Salvador2301,

    I would recommend your friend uninstall and reinstall the application on the phone and see if it works better.

    Could you describe what happens precisely on your friend's phone when it disconnects?

    Is there any error message? Anything that could help us to understand the issue?

  • While I was controlling my friend's phone, the connection was lost. It said that my friend's phone was offline but it was right next to the router and nothing was changed. And it's so weird that this problem happened every Sunday. I can work well during the weekday except for Sunday.
