I am connecting to a remote PC using TeamViewer, and then I would like to run RDP for the remote PC to a third PC...that seems to connect, but I can't seem to gain access to the desktop on the RDP session.

Could you share more info about why you are trying to connect via RDP to the third PC?
We recommend connecting via TeamViewer directly to Windows servers:
