Reasonable time for confirmation email

Dear Support,

The note above asks me to confirm that my unit can be trusted via a link in a confirmation email. I have now waited almost 24 hours for this and checked all email folders I can think of. Could you please help me move on with this so that I can get access?

Hello @MabemaNina,

In my experience, the trusted device e-mail comes after a few seconds (5, 10, sometimes after a minute).

If you experience long delays, I recommend opening a ticket and asking our engineers.

Lately, I could see some hiccups in the system preventing the e-mails from arriving properly.

Could you try again to check if this is working now?
