Shared Group listed computers get lost

Hello all,

we created a shared group so we can access all our PC's but last weeks the listed units get lost or seems to be deleated but only I and my colluege can do that and we both did not do it.

Can there be another reason PC's get deleted after time or not used ore something like this?

I discussed this again with our IT and they have deleted it as they did not know that it's an global list :(

Dear JeanK,

we had in the past also about 40 Computers registered but now we only have 5 in Offline and no more.

Only 3 Persons have full access and all 3 say they did not delete anything.

Might there be any other reasons that this get lost?

Hi @BK79,

We can confirm that it is technically not possible that devices get deleted by the system without any user interaction.

There has to be a human interaction somewhere in the process to delete devices.

I hope this could at least help a bit.

Hello @BK79,

TeamViewer does not automatically delete listed computers.

This can only be done manually by users who created the group or users who have Full access to the group.

Did you check if the computers are maybe located in the "offline" list?
