My account doesn't find button to modify secret. May it be that I do not have permission, or other problems? I need help, thanks.

The reason why you can't see this is that your admin has restricted your ability to modify your profile. The permission setting is probably set to "Allow password change only".
This is why the account recovery setting is not usable for you.
You may need to contact your license admin regarding this. 😉
