Why do i have to reinstall Teamviewer every few days?

Every few days, I have to re install teamviewer. I normally log into my office PC from my laptop PC while on the road.

Every few days when i go to log in it shows that my remote PC(PC i am logging into) is offline. I then have to have another person that is at the office re install teamviewer. It only does it on this one PC. Any help is much appreciated.

Before reinstalling TeamViewer, have you tried to ask the other person to open TeamViewer on the office computer?

Maybe your computer is turning into a strong sleep mode that prevents TeamViewer to be online.

No this is not whats happening. Someone in the office has to re install the software. They attempt to open teamviewer and it says the shortcut has been removed and its can't be found. The only way we can get it to operate is by re installing the program

This sounds like there is something on your computer running that uninstalls TeamViewer.

I would check your antivirus system and see if there is a program running that clears non-authorized apps.
