Can't get TeamViewer to launch

in Linux only
First Linux install (Linux Mint 20.3) and installed Team Viewer but when I launch it all I get is a small window titled "TeamViewer License Agreement" that is totally empty and non-reactive that stays open for a few seconds then closes and nothing more happens. I assume I need to click something but nothing shows. Longtime Windows user but newbie to Linux so hoping for some help. Thanks
