I try to log on to my other computer and I keep getting a notice the security settings on the remote computer restrict access to some TeamViewer functions. You will have the following access rights: AFTER CONFIRMATON

What settings do I need to do to change this? It didn't do this before. I work of a morning or evening when no one is in the office to allow access. Before the access confirmation came about it would also time me out after 5 minutes.

I really like TeamViewer but if I can't find a fix for both problems, I will need to try another program.

If I understood you correctly, you want to be able to connect to your work computer without anyone on the other side allowing access. Is that correct?

If so, my suggestion would be to set up easy access. It is our most modern, passwordless and secure method to access your devices.

You mention also in your post that TeamViewer "times you out" after 5 minutes, that is why I am wondering which license are you using.

Note: Please remember that if you connect from/to a commercial network/device, you need an active commercial license in order to be able to use TeamViewer. If you need assistance here, please reach out to our dedicated department.
