Remote connection will not complete after the screen for initialization has started

I have several pc's in my group and all connect except one. If I go to that pc, I can connect to any pc in my group with no problem. No pc in my group can connect to this one and all get the same action, initialization screen then failure.

I have reinstalled teamviewer (latest version) on this pc and checked all parameters and cannot get a successful connect.

Help. this is driving me crazy. LOL

Did you try to uninstall completely TeamViewer from this specific device or just a basic uninstallation?

If you just uninstall it from the application manager, I advise you to follow carefully the procedure of our different articles according to the device's operating system:

For Windows: Uninstall TeamViewer on Windows
For MacOS: Uninstall TeamViewer on macOS

Once TeamViewer is completely uninstall, please download and install the last version and try the connection.
