We have a normal corporate license and new version. The problem is that in our corporate network some client PCs dont display a teamviewer ID / pass to connect. Deleting everything and reinstalling teamviewer didnt solve the problem, teamviewer service is running normal (starting - stopping dont change anything) , in the same network some PC dont have any problem and work just fine, but most of our PCs cannot run teamviewer as host or client ... there is no difference between the PCs that run teamviewer and the PCs that dont run teamviewer.
When a PC dont display ID there is an error with connection to the internet and to check our proxy settings... the PC has normal internet and also there is no proxy, when we change sometimes the setting with the proxy sometimes teamviewer runs and displays the ID ... but this until we restart the PC... problem every day is the same.
We tried everything with version 11 to 15 nothing is change... some PCs just dont run TeamViewer... but when we use **Third Party Product** (we use the free version) everything just runs fine!!!
We think that maybe we must stop our teamviewer license and go to **Third Party Product** to work with.
