Hello, could you please describe steps on how should I get remote access and vonyrol from one android to another. What exactlu should I do in order from Android 1 to enter in the Android 2. Please, describe me in detsils. Thanks!

To be able to remote control a device, please first check if it is supported:

If both devices are supported, please install TeamViewer (and the add-on, if needed)

Do you want to access only Android 2 from Android 1 or do you want also to be able to remotely control Android 1 from Android 2?

Depending on your needs, you can install our full version, TeamViewer Quicksupport or TeamViewer Host.

Hi Alena and thanks for the answer. Yes, the 2 devices support Team viewer. The problem is that on Android 1 I use team viewer and on Android 2 quick support. Everything is perfect but I cannot control Android 2 with Android 1. Where I am wrong?
