Cant find a place to enter Recoverycode to disable 2FA
I broke the screen of my phone, so i cannot access the google authenticator app.
But fortunately i have my recoverycode for this. But following the guide from the help i cannot find a field to enter it:
https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/109262-deactivate-two-factor-authentication
It only shows a field to enter a OTP 6digit code, thats from the app i cannot use.
Am i overlooking something?

Hello @FreiherrKenny,
You need to make sure to log out of the Management Console in all the tabs of your browser.
Then, you can click the link again.

Hello @FreiherrKenny,
Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!
To deactivate TFA via recovery code, you need to use this link, as indicated in the chapter Via recovery code of the article.
With this link, you'll be able to enter your recovery code, as shown below:
Let me know if this helped!

With the exact link you posted - which is obviously the same as in the manual - i am getting redirected to login.teamviewer[_dot_]com/nav/home .
Which leads to the first post and nothing reached at all.
Wow. I cannot even post internal links to teamvier[dot]com because i am not "long" enough here. wht the **bleep**

Thank you for your response. I used a "private Tab" in Firefox to get the same results.
