Display Remote Client from TeamViewer Console

Hi,

We have two groups defined on the TeamViewer console. 1) Windows Client 2) Windows Server.

The client computers are listed in one column within the group. Is it possible to arrange them in multiple columns within its group? This way, we don't need to scroll down to find it.

We put notes on the client's computers. Is it possible to display notes next to the client's computer?

Good to see you posting again!

From what I understood, you want to filter your devices per operating system within one group.

For this, the best practice would be to use the Custom Device Information the Advanced Device Grouping.

1) Define a Custom Device Information field in your Management Console called "Operating systems", as described here.

2) Fill out your devices' operating systems information in your Computers and Contacts list.

3) Select Operating System as your preferred grouping information:

All the devices will appear sorted by operating systems within the group.
