When I try to connect to a remote device, it says "The session with XXXX is finished (0:12)"

I'm using a Win10 laptop and trying to connect to an Android tablet.

Whenever I start a connection is says "The session with XXXX is finished (0:12)" (the time is different sometimes, it's 0:14 or whatever).

After I try a multiple times, it locks me out.

I don't know why this is happening.

When I try this from my WIn10 desktop PC to the same Android tablet, it works fine. I'd like to be able to connect to the tablet from my laptop.

What do you mean by this? Yes, I am definitely using TeamViewer on both machines and the tablet. I'm not using another programme.

The path for checking TeamViewer version is -> TeamViewer -> Gear Wheel ⚙ -> Help -> About TeamViewer .

TeamViewer on my laptop is:

15.31.5 (64bit)

TeamViewer on my desktop is:

15.21.8 (64bit)

side note: your instruction for finding out the version number was incorrect for both of these versions of TeamViewer.

Any insight as to why this bug happens and how to fix it? I provided the requested information 2 weeks ago but no response.
