I can't type login credentials to unlock the PC. How can I solve?
I have tried on two different PCs, in one it works in the other not.
I think it's a PC setup problem.

I am not too sure what you exactly mean with your message. Is the password wrong when you press ENTER?
Or is there no remote keyboard input? Could you be a little more specific?

There is no remote keyboard input.
To explain myself better, I list the steps I take:
@MaxFachin Maybe you could check if you have Full access set up on both computers.
You can verify this in the TeamViewer options under Extras → Options → Advanced → Advanced settings for connections to this computer as below:
