Hi everyone!
We're working with the free Team Viewer version and have encountered the following problem: 3 desktop computers are connected to the same network (fritzbox). Two of them connect to each other (incoming and outgoing) without any problems. The third can connect to the others, but the others cannot establish a connection with the third. Error message on computer 1 and 2 when trying to access computer 3: WaitForConnectFailed.
We have:
- re-installed Team Viewer
- restarted the computers
- checked the Windows firewall and Norton Antivirus firewall - the same exceptions for Team Viewer have been listed on all three computers
- turned off the firewall completely - same error message, same problem
- the Team Viewer status bar on computer 3 is green, outgoing connections are possible
Any advice on how to proceed with troubleshooting this?
