It should be such a simple thing to do yet its a headache trying to acquire it. if anyone can assist that would be greatly appreciated.

You can download your invoice directly from your Customer Portal.
You can access the Customer Portal via your Management Console by clicking on your username and selecting Customer Portal:

It requested that i activate the customer portal to do that i require an invoice number which i dont have.
Is there a work around?
You can enter a previous invoice number. As you receive an invoice every year, you should be able to use the invoice number of last year for example.

I have never received and invoice via email thats my problem.
