Teamviewer Host for Android - latest version cannot assign device

Has anyone else had problems with TV Host not allowing device assignment because of no response from server error. This was working fine before I upgraded an Android TV Box to Android 7.1.2. It was working for a while but intermittently would sign out. Now it will not sign back in at all.

The port 5938 is open and Host runs fine on my android phone on the same network/router.

Reinstall does not work.
