I have a commercial license and for several months the update failed sometimes.
Mostly i was able to install the latest version, when i uninstall Teamviewer, delete all folder and registry key, download the latest version from the website and install it.
but this is very annoying.
today I wanted to install the update to version 15.32.3 and failed again.
I unstalled teamviewer, then delete the follwoing folders:
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\TeamViewer
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\TeamViewer
C:\Program Files\TeamViewer
delete the following Registry keys
HKCU\Software\TeamViewer
HKLM\SOFTWARE\TeamViewer
HKLM\SOFTWARE\TVInstallTemp
HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\TeamViewer
HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\TVInstallTemp
Then reboot the PC.
Download the latest version from the website and try to install this.
but after a few seconds the setup window closes and that's it.
What can i do?
