Update failed, now can't install again

I have a commercial license and for several months the update failed sometimes.

Mostly i was able to install the latest version, when i uninstall Teamviewer, delete all folder and registry key, download the latest version from the website and install it.

but this is very annoying.

today I wanted to install the update to version 15.32.3 and failed again.

I unstalled teamviewer, then delete the follwoing folders:

%userprofile%\AppData\Local\TeamViewer

%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\TeamViewer

C:\Program Files\TeamViewer

delete the following Registry keys

HKCU\Software\TeamViewer

HKLM\SOFTWARE\TeamViewer

HKLM\SOFTWARE\TVInstallTemp

HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\TeamViewer

HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\TVInstallTemp

Then reboot the PC.

Download the latest version from the website and try to install this.

but after a few seconds the setup window closes and that's it.

What can i do?

download as Administrator fixed the problem, even if I do not understand why.

Please try two things, number one is running the downloaded TeamViewer application as Administrator and secondly checking your antivirus software if it allows the installation of it or blocks it.

However, you are also able to directly submit a ticket, so our technical engineers may have a look at it.
