License Activation Email is not received yet

Hello !

I jsut bought yesterday a Remote Access license. I did receive the payment confiramtion, but not the activation mail, and i'm still under "free license" when i log in to team viewer.

Any Ideas?

  • Hello !

    I purchased the Team Viewer Remote Access license today 16th Dec 2024 but I didn't receive the activation email , even i checked my spam folder, none email received from Team Viewer. I do have confirmation payment receipt for my purchase.

    Still when sign into Team Viewer, it's showing as "free license".

    Could you please check and fix it ASAP, it's impacting my work.
