i have paid for a subscription, but my profile says free. how do i change?

    Since your TeamViewer account status still shows as free, it is required to activate your license.

    In order to activate the license, you need an activation link that is sent out as an order confirmation email. Therefore, please check your email inbox.

    If you find the activation link, we have the guide to introduce the activation process for every license type: License Activation Guides Could you please check the license activation procedure which is applied to your license type?

    If you cannot find the activation link, kindly contact our customer support team directly: please go to https://www.teamviewer.com/ and use the chat feature at the right bottom corner of the page.

  • under my profile it says free. i've paid for a subscription and teamviewer kicks me out when I'm connected to another computer. how do i change/set this up correctly so i may use teamviewer correctly.
