π I understand the error message you're having is not quite the same as the one we have in the article Fix connectivity issues - Partner did not connect to router; however, this is a valid attempt that you can give a try for the time being.
Please let me know if by disabling IPv6 on both devices the issue got resolved.

i have a problem that started today
i can't remote any of my computers in my account
i get an error....
i already tried to restart the process , no luck
i cant connect i get a message no connection to partner. and an error message;
wait for connection failed
