I'm in Ukraine. Another user I want to connect to is also in Ukraine in another city. I can’t connect to him from a PC to control his smartphone. Writes that either the application is not running or there is no Internet connection. But it’s obvious that there is also the Internet, since I can call this person, for example, via telegram, and we both have the application running, he sent me both the code and the invitation link, but I still can’t connect.

The only explanation is that the application is blocked in Ukraine. Is it there?
